Her achievements, including building and exiting a multimillion-dollar coffee business, business development / cafe design for Rise Up Coffee - where diversity and inclusion of differently abled people is their mission, consulting for a nearly billion-dollar corporation then joining their executive team to open 15 + locations speak volumes of her expertise and commitment to excellence.

Jen Smith
Starting at a young age, Jen knew she needed a bigger space - room to grow from her rural upbringing outside of Tallahassee, Florida. Her dreams were bigger, her ambition was consuming and her drive was insatiable. After exploring her 20’s through all the glory that comes from that time in life, she grew some roots on the beautiful Siesta Key, Florida and got serious about engineering her education and experiences intentionally to equip herself with extensive knowledge in her professional pursuits.
Jen is a Founder who sucessfully designed, operated, and exited LeLu Coffee on Siesta Key for 12 years. Jen attended Florida State University earning a BS in Nutrition Science and Dietetics, completing the Pre Med program, earning her Masters in Metabolism and furthering her health education by working in Pharmaceutical and medical equipment sales. Jen is certified in Functional Medicine, is a certified Holistic Health Practitioner, is a Doula, and is getting back to her original passion - elevating the lives of as many people as she can through passionate public speaking, one on one executive coaching, business consulting & development, and giving back to her community.
Jen founded LeLu Enterprise and is expanding the LeLu Coffee brand as a whole, while simultaneously growing her 1:1 Executive Coaching business. Jen has joined the Executive Development Team at The Pickleball Club, opening 15 locations with them. Consulting for Rise Up Cafe was one of Jen’s favorite opportunities. Building out the cafe for differently abled people to fulfill their dreams in a safe work environment has been one of the most rewarding adventures for Jen.
