Meet Jen

Hi, I’m Jen.

I am a Mentor and Dietician for high functioning business women who are of the understanding they control their own destiny but want guidance and action steps.  I work with women who are ready to do deep work and are coachable.  I work with women who make no excuses for their contribution to the life they want.  I teach self responsibility and action to women who are ready!  I ask the right questions to allow you to uncover your highest potential and truth within.  You don’t need fixing, you need the platform and safe space to allow yourself the grace to peel off the layers life has added onto you.

Honestly, I haven’t always been where I wanted to be. Growing up in the south, I was raised with some different beliefs, opinions, practices, and priorities than the ones I currently believe in. I knew who I wanted to be, and I knew the work required to get there. I was coachable. I worked. I listened. I learned. Most importantly, I applied what I learned and I evolved!

In a period I was supposed to be my happiest, I was deeply unhappy. I was consistently running away and self sabotaging. I wasn’t running from my past, my upbringing, or the south. Nor was I running from the people who loved me. I was running from myself. THAT was a difficult realization.

It’s taken a lot of discipline, self-reflection, commitment, and growth to get to where I am today. It hasn’t been easy, but I knew I had to do it. For me. To get myself from where I was to where I am today! I have a beautiful family, a successful business, and a thriving personal and professional life. I’m a speaker, philanthropist, a community activist, a seasoned entrepreneur, a dietician, a holistic health practitioner, and a doula.

I commit to what I believe in. I do the work. I put in the effort.
